As a client you may want all or only a portion of the services that we offer on a monthly basis. It is our belief that a basic review of general business can be covered in twelve (12) weekly sessions. Or as a client you may wish to concentrate on one area, i.e. Sales and Marketing or Accounts Payable and Receivable. PLEASE NOTE: All information given by a client is considered confidential and is not discussed or given to any outside or internal parties except the coach and his supervisor.

Our program starts with a business questionnaire that is completed by you, giving us basic information on your company and its employees. From there we create an organization chart with a work flow diagram. We then help you create job descriptions or position agreements. These are complete from how to interview and hire employees to what is expected of each employee in their existing job. The human resources section is then completed with evaluation forms and employee/company handbooks created with up to date labor laws.

We offer credit polices for your accounts receivable and define procedures for creating accurate invoices and billing cycles. We show you how to avoid unpaid invoices over 90 days. In the same regard for accounts payable we assist in credit situations with vendors and suggest workouts if necessary. We help create the best cash management system for your company.
